All digital sales are final due to the instant access nature of downloads.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a digital file has been delivered.

Digital files are for personal or single-user use only unless a commercial license is purchased separately.
Access to your purchased files remains available via your member account or email links as long as the product remains active in our catalog.
5. Physical Products & Fulfillment
If you purchase a physical item, fulfillment is managed by our print-on-demand production partners (e.g., Printify, Inc.).
All sales include a production and shipping timeframe, which varies by region.
We’re not responsible for shipping delays or third-party carrier issues once an item has been dispatched.
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can help resolve it.
6. Payments & Security
Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments and/or PayPal.
We do not store your full payment details on our servers.
All payment information is handled under the privacy and security terms of those providers.
7. Account Access & Member Areas
If you create an account to access downloads, track orders, or join a course, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree not to share your password or access links with others.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove access to any account that violates these terms or is used for unauthorized distribution.
